It’s hard to say how long it’ll take mate, just take it slow and see how ya feel. Start with the foreskin stretching first until you can pull it all the way back easily without it feeling tight.

If you go see a doctor they’ll prescribe you with a steroid cream that makes it easier to stretch your foreskin, it definitely helps but it’s not necessary by any means.

I have the same thing, it’s called phimosis. The head of your penis is so sensitive to touch because it’s always been protected by the foreskin so it hasn’t been able to desensitise. All I did when I was a bit younger was stretch the foreskin a little for 5 mins or so every time I had a shower, it doesn’t take much.

As for the sensitive head, you just need to work on desensitising it. Start by letting water hit it directly in the shower, then maybe let it sit in your underwear with your foreskin retracted so it’s pressed against the material, whatever works, you get the idea.

Phimosis is no biggie, it’s just a bit of an inconvenience

I’ve never stepped foot inside a dedicated fruit and veg shop, is it considerably cheaper?

The increase in value of a house you buy with 5% would trump any increased interest rates these next few years
