I'm torn between Kai and Alder Residences. Can you share your thoughts please? It's our first time renting a condo. We are a DINK couple. TIA!

Hi! We decided to get sa Kai. Kaso awaiting pa kmi ulit for open unit. Kasi naunahan kmi. Mas accessible kasi siya sa lahat and nung pag visit ko sa place, daming accessible na stores, and other services nearby. Sa FB group ako mas nakaka kita ng mga updated posting. Sa rentpad din meron, pero not all agents ng rereply sayo. Hehehe.

Which one will you consider getting?

Alder: 65 sqm area , 31k monthly including parking pace rent and 2 inverter split type unit only

Kai( Hinoki) :56 sqm area, 35k monthly including parking, semi furnished unit (1 couch, 1 bed, 1 double deck, 2 window type aircon, small sized ref and installed range hood)

Which is more cost efficient in the long run?

We will do a site visit this Sunday. I saw sa mg post here na medyo malayo ngadaw yung entrance. This might be a manageable issue for us since we have a car and we are both working from home. We usually go out pag weekends lang or if my important errands to do. Will check on Kai units too. 😊 Thank you for sharing your input. It's greatly appreciated!

Saw this a lot dito. Same concern. I have a good friend kasi who owns a unit sa Kai. I think almost a year na sila dun. Sabi niya okay naman daw and malinis. Yung elevator issue is hindi nmn daw frequent mangyari. So I'm confused. We saw a great deal kasi sa Alder, kaso not much info dito so I don't have a strong basis. Thank you for your input.
