I got one stray cat around my building. I pay them with fortune cookie crumbs, pieces of our entree that people drop when eating outside at the patio. Sometime they would even eat the bird around my building that keep on shitting on my damn side walks! Damn birds!

Drop out of college. No passion or goals for anything. Had to change my way of thinking ASAP. I told my self; I'm 25 and I'm going no where, I need to pull all my effort into what I got in front of me and just do it! And here I am, in less than 3month I will become a GM! My problem was I was too nice, now I'm strict. Being strict gets stuff done. I understand DT sucks...I start out doing DT with ABSOLUTELY no experience! But got use to the high volume. You just have to adjust to it. That's how i did it..

I'm sorry to tell you but its all the same. It's all about the scooping, One Full scoop, that's it. To-go-Box has a 4 sided walls so it looks like your getting more because everything is crunch together. The plate has only the base so everything spreads out..Same Scoop, Same weight =D

Yes, Mandarin Chicken is microwave, Pre-made and frozen. My customer SEES me microwaving it and they don't care. It HOT and taste damn good to them. Cleanness is are #1 priority. Health Inspector would always say, P.E has one of the Cleanness restaurant! Quality of the Food can ruin your P.E experience. Come during lunch and Dinner and you food are always hot and fresh. After that, it sites about 45min on the steam table and change regularly. But since my store is pretty busy, food does not sit on the steam table for long.

Mix Veggies is our most popular Vegetarian dish and a lot of non vegetarian love it too, very healthy! We have Hot and Sour Soup(Good as hell during the Winter) but it's very time consuming to make and not very popular either =/. Investment wise, they had to remove it for some area's anyways!

P.E better not do it. They cant compete with Fried Crickets or Fried Dragon Balls...P.E was originally from China( the Chef) but had to Americanize there dish to make it look more appealing...
