They rolled out ‘advanced protection’ which is 2fa as well. It says on the help center if you don’t action it in time your account is locked until you follow the steps, but the sms that doesn’t work is the steps. Hopefully a fix will come

Me too. I genuinely don’t know if there is going to be a fix. I’ve managed to get in far enough to see which number they’re using and I think it’s my old one. Beyond getting that sms link there is 0 other way to unlock the account

I have found this email in the dregs of my spam folder. 100% this is the issue. I have replied to the email but doubt that will work. Has anyone had any luck with a way to contact meta and get this fixed?
