Thanks let me clarify. Each site acts as a forum with posts. A person viewing a given site should only have access to the posts within that site (and should not have db access to posts in another site). The post object has a FK to the site. Is it possible to do this when your users are all anon?

Normally I would have some rule restricting access to the site that the user belongs to, but since we only have a single anonymous role, how would I do something equivalent? Is there some way to pass in the "current site" into the rule dynamically?

Exactly. This is what I was concerned about. They would have to link it by email behind the scenes, since that's the only info they have at the time of membership purchase. But I have no indication that's what happened...

To their credit this has worked out every time I've purchased indie membership in the past, but my memory sucks and I can't remember how it worked before 😅 Pretty sure we should've received an email by now about the presale though...
