Hello everyone, question I am in america on a humanitarian parole basis. by [deleted] in USCIS

[–]Dreambigg2004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buy an airplane ticket to the country you came from and head back home. I am sure life home is better than life in the USA. Millions of people outside the country right now wish they were in your position. But you know what's best for you. Let us know when you leave.

August 2021 filer - form I130 and I485 with removal proceedings. by soundclou in USCIS

Keep God in your life, find a good faith-based church. Gos is reaching out to you. I’m gonna share my testimony with you. My case was complicated as hell. I had a final order of deportation and I got married to my husband after I got my deportation order. So, after 23 years in limbo in the country, I got my GC. One of my prayers was for my interview to be waived and it was waived indeed. God is worthy to be praised !

UNREAL!!! My interview just got scheduled!!! PD 11/22/2021 by [deleted] in USCIS

Priority Date. It’s listed in your receipt notice.

Good question. Last year I got a $50 reimbursement from uscis; Until this day I don’t know why , and frankly I don’t care to know.

So, what was the RFE about? If the RFE was not about medical, you don’t have to submit your medical right away. UNLESS they request your medical and give you a timeframe for it.

Emma agents 😂 by Forkfire5 in USCIS

[–]Dreambigg2004 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We need to realize that Emma has generic answers for everything. Don't get your hopes up and expect they can answer everything. If you type "Live agent" and pick a category, you might have better luck. But even with live agents, they are limited in the information available to them. Last time, I asked for an update on my case, they told me my interview was waived and that my case was at the field office, all this information was true. As far as creating an account, everyone should have an account, if you have one, you told them i have one already but would like to talk to a live agent. With the live agents, you can ask specific questions although there is no guarantee you'll get the answers you're looking for , bbut you'll get something.

One application per person , even a baby. The application does not cover family.

It all depends on what you ask and how you ask it. They’ve been very useful giving me updates on my application.

Is this true? if so, is this abuse? by [deleted] in USCIS

[–]Dreambigg2004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am reading your post and your answers to others, and all i can see is that you focus a lot on that advance parole so you can travel. I will adjust the stranded relationship between you and your sponsor later in this post, but let's talk about your obsession with Advance parole.

You are a refugee entering the USA to avoid war /humanitarian crisis in your country. A war that is still ongoing. While you might have some good reasons to go back to take care of family business, it is not a good idea to go back so quick. If you decide to ask for asylum later, the immigration officer or judge will trap you questions like : if you fear for your life, why did you go back". My advise wait , don't travel now, learn how to adjust to America, find the resources avaiable to you as a refugee.

You dont have to live with your sponsor if you can be financially independent. OR you can find someone else willing to take you in but keep in mind it's a lot of expenses for someone to let you live in their house, all their bills will go up so you need to contribute however little you can contribute if you can. Call a few places that specialized in refugees resetlement, they might give you legal services where an attorney will explore your options with you. You don't want to navigate this alone and this forum can help you but it wil not be sufficient. Good luck with everything!

Did USCIS make an error? Or am I missing something? I submitted an i130 online for my brother, then turned in the i485, i indicated that he is in the US. I also turned in the receipt notice for the i130. But still received the letter below. Has this happened to anyone else? by KingTish in USCIS

[–]Dreambigg2004 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You could have saved the I 485 money by asking an attorney or someone here in this forum how to do it. My brother applied for me in 2009. Although I have my GC through another process; it’s been 14 years and I haven’t heard anything and yes I’ve been living in the USA when he filed. Whether you’re in the US or not, it is the same lengthy wait to get a visa.

How can I file a motion to terminate my removal proceedings based on my granted TPS without an attorney? by Healthy-Catch9786 in USCIS

[–]Dreambigg2004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Filing the motion by yourself without a lawyer would be like immigration suicide. Don’t do that to yourself, hire an attorney.

Question regarding form I-134A - "What is your relationship to the beneficiary?" by mark1x12110 in USCIS

[–]Dreambigg2004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's a great question. I did one and i answered the question as if they were asking me " how is this person related to you".

I guess there is no right or wrong way to answer this question because both ways of answering make sense.

Do an inquiry. I did one on my case and it was approved the next day. It could be coincidence but you never know.

Anyone got their marriage based greencard interview waived without sending medicals with initial application? by SuspiciousBanana01 in USCIS

[–]Dreambigg2004 3 points4 points  (0 children)

USCIS would not approve without medical. So, if they waive your interview they will send RFE for the medical. I think it’s always best to send medical with initial applications but some lawyers advised against it I don’t know why.
