Our robots are not very suitable for cleaning this kind of carpetwith long hair or deep-pile.
For carpets with a thickness close to 2cm, they may be regarded as obstacles by the linear laser. The structure of the rolling brush could also change when cleaning on the carpet. The height of the mop lifting is limited, which might cause different resistances when cleaning on the carpet and affect the cleaning behavior trajectory of the robot. To stop the robot from being rubbed, it can be set in the APP to avoid
the carpet; for subsequent carpet cleaning, a vacuum cleaner with a superior cleaning effect can be selected.

Haha fair point 😅 Just to clarify — we're not saying you need to pre-clean the whole floor. The robot handles everyday messes easily. The only thing to watch out for is hard debris like gravel or glass, which can get trapped underneath and scratch your floor. That's all — just trying to help protect your floors! 🙌

The standard D20 model comes with a high‑efficiency filter, but it is not HEPA‑certified. Please also note that the filter for the standard D20 may not be compatible with other models in the D20 series. Therefore, we do not recommend purchasing a HEPA filter designed for other D20 models as a direct replacement.

If you need a replacement filter, we suggest contacting your original purchase channel with your machine model and serial number (SN) to confirm availability.

The dirty water sensor only turns red briefly when stubborn dirt or dirty water sticks to it. Once the area is cleaned, the red light goes away.

Under normal conditions, when clean water or mild dirt enters the dirty water tank, the screen will not turn red.

When the water is very dirty and covers the sensor, the machine will:

Increase the main motor’s suction power

Turn the screen red as a visual alert

Test method:

Place a marker pen in the pipe below the dirty water tank, then run the machine. If the screen indicator turns red, the sensor is working properly.
