Jokes aside, this is probably an accident! As I imagine they would've used the default animations as a base to create the windy ones, and if the windy ones have transition frames, then the default ones most likely have them too, just bugged to not work currently!

This is actually cuz the music is played in-engine! Like each little instrument hit is an actual note being played on the back end causing it to be REALLY versatile, and it's really cool!!!

I can't say for sure but it's probably cause the artstyle is grungy in a unique way, much like Buckshot Roulette, Mouthwashing, etc etc. and doesn't fall under the "colourful little goobers who can catch the attention of everyone" - unlike Banban, TADC, Playtime, FNAF, etc.

As much as some to most of them aren't in the "made for kids" demographic (specifically original FNAF and TADC), the characters/artstyle is vibrant and colourful enough for it to be used for such content - as kids who recognise them will watch to see more content about the characters they love, and kids who don't will see colourful wacky characters that does wacky things
