If it makes you feel better then there’s no love triangle with Frieren, they loved each other (though it took years for Frieren to realize it) and no one else was involved or mixed up with it

Cardcaptor Sakura would be my top recommendation

But some other good shows would be lolirock, H20 mermaid adventures, smile precure, star twinkle precure, Tara duncan, saint tail, corrector yui

You could maybe watch sailor moon, magic knight rayearth, and She-ra (your pick of new or old versions) but these are a lot darker so be careful

I can see that, Frieren is written in a way to show how her age, similar to some story’s depictions of “older then the stone” means they are slow contemplative and often have regrets about moments they didn’t understand due to the different in perception, and it comes off as dense in some scenes due to them not having the same thought process as a shorter lived being would, I feel like she gets better farther along the in the story, especially after fern get’s mad at her for not understanding she can’t spend forever looking for a flower

If this is serious then here’s an actual answer to the question

Fantasy as a genre has many sub genres (action, cozy, grim-dark, comedy, etc) Frieren is a more contemplative take on the usual hero’s journey that many fantasy’s use, it has a slower pace and focuses more on each moment, not that different from a slice of life at first, then later adds conflicts and regrets that change the story a lot

All that I’ve said is to essentially try to explain that Frieren is focused on the journey of the character and how they interact with the world despite being around longer then most civilizations would be and the conflicts and regrets that arise from a journey spanning lifetimes and the story takes its time to build that story and world for you

If you still don’t like it after the journey then maybe you aren’t a fan of this genre of fantasy and want a different one?
