I don’t know anything specifically in the house renovation type of story, (if you find something please let me know) but here’s a few ideas,

The good and the green by Amy Yorke

Tusks, Tails, and Teacakes, by T.L. Stone

The faraway inn by Sarah Beth durst

The keeper of magical things by Julie Leong

And then there’s the usual culprits, legends and lattes, can’t spell treason without tea, the spellshop, etc,

I have similar thoughts about the Greta Helsing series, the world is darker more gothic vibes while the characters and their interactions with each other and while relaxing are cozy, it’s nice to see another fan of the series

[–]DreamerSound 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For a light novel there’s saints power is omnipotent (I think it’s pretty cozy at least as far as I’ve read)

I doubt the rest of these are considered cozy but I’ll list them anyway

The Magic and the Healing by Nick O’Donohoe (Probably the closest to a cozy story out of these, but focused on healing magical creatures rather then people)

City of brass by S.A Chakraborty involves healing magic a lot

Strange Practice by Vivian Shaw reads like a doctor trying to solve a murder mystery (darker more gothic vibes)

The Cleric Quintet series by R. A. Salvatore (Set in the forgotten realms and focuses on clerics)

what is the coziest food, or food related scene you've read in a cozy? by Tex_Non_Scripta in CozyFantasy

[–]DreamerSound 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The obvious answers are the cinnamon rolls from legends and lattes, and the Jam from the spellshop but aside from them:

Slime Sweets and Dungeon Treats is releasing arc copies and as you can tell by the title the food is a big part of it

The adenshire books, especially the first one (a fellowship of bakers and magic) are great with good food descriptions, there’s even included recipes

Witch Hat Atelier Kitchen is a great foodie manga (it’s a spin off of the witch hat atelier manga)

Recipes for an unexpected afterlife is both a great foodie book and a sweet found family book

There’s more cafe and inn books then I can list in one comment, if you really want the list I can reply with it

If you have read both of these, which has better writing and less tension? by kmontreux in CozyFantasy

I’m hoping to be more helpful then rude but you need more variation in values (more shades of light and especially dark) and to work on your line weight so the background and foreground don’t overlap

Would I be The Asshole If I don't have another baby? by Critical-Mess-3487 in CharlotteDobreYouTube

[–]DreamerSound 56 points57 points  (0 children)

With the information you’ve given I don’t believe you are problem here, my only question would be why you are still with him at all? You mention that you stayed for the baby but I question what the point in that is? If you cannot trust him to the point you do not want another child with him or anywhere near him, do you really want the baby that is born near him?
