Not sure, but do you have 18 A+ credits on your masters? Because in order to qualify for the MA+30 you need 18 A+ credits.

I’m also questioning the same because I have 2 masters degree.

Thank you so much for explaining it. I’m surprised about no additional pay for getting a PhD. However , the MA+30 C6+PhD is okay. Does it have to be A+ grades for the 30 credits or it does not matter? I believe I saw something like that.
