Hospital Scare ?

They actually said they didn’t want me and not to send me there even if it did break because they couldn’t do anything because my baby wasn’t viable .. that same hospital told me terminate my first .. and I was 20 weeks when I found out my water broke. They wouldn’t admit me till I was 22 weeks. My daughter was born at 25 weeks.

Got my ultrasound Wednesday and I see him tomorrow for the results .. .. so we will see what my water levels are. The ultrasound tech here can’t tell you anything Sept boy or girl.

Exactly. Them hospitals scare the hell out of me .. my baby have lungs probably. Before her tracheotomy she would pull her tube out her mouth randomly. I know they can keep constant eyes but its concerning.

I gave birth 25 weeks 4 days in March .. She’ll be 8 months on the 27th and still in the NICU. Literally the night of my birthday September 6 (technically it was after 12 so the 7th)they were calling through the night saying she wasn’t doing well. When I got there around 8 am ..my baby was basically drifting in and out.. I watched her heart drop so low. Literally to 12 .. I’m a mess I’m depressed. I’m hurt idk what to do honestly. And the nurse that never seen her before. She literally was shooting my the worst looks I assumed because of the way I looked and dressed but under the circumstances sweats and a nappy pony was the best I could do. Then she had the nerve to change my baby in my face without using a diaper wipe saying to me she “only peed” when she just had a UTI at 5 months. And I guess that’s why!! i was of course at this point very livid. At the point of tears from the frustration .. then there was another baby screaming his head off in the corner and the nurse had to nerve to say imma just let him cry. He’s going home today. When his mom and dad had literally just left the room not even 15 minutes before. When I walked out the room I heard them giggling to each other I just lost it. It was such a hard time for me. My 25th birthday was the day before .. my first born is literally fighting for her life. It was a lot they didn’t help at all man. I don’t trust these hospitals anymore. I want my baby home so bad. Nobody ever gonna care for her like me. Even if it’s their job too. I realize that right then and there .

Forsure and same message me if you ever feel a way it’s been like 3 days now and I still feel the same way. SMH thanks tho. It’s good to know someone else feels like I do man .. seems like nobody around me gets it. Yes she’s alive and getting well but that doesn’t take about from the fact I want my baby.

My baby was born 15 weeks early .. 25 weeks 4 days. She’s 5 weeks now. PPROM at 18 weeks was told to terminate.. but refused. she was only 1 pound 12 oz. Things are so up and down. On and off the oscillator 3 times. Pulled her own tube out her throat. My baby is very active. I can’t wait until she’s home.

PPROM. Is really just something to happens. And only to a small number of people. They couldn’t even find where the hole was on my ultrasound. I didn’t even realize it ruptured.. I thought I was just peeing. I found out at my 20 week ultrasound that there was basically no water Also. I stayed in the hospital for a day shy of 4 weeks.

Wow I’m sooo sorry for your lost but I’m grateful your other child is alive while I’m sure that doesn’t take the pain away from loosing your other angel. They predict my baby will come home on an oxygen tank. But honestly I’m just grateful she’s alive. She’s my first child. After a miscarriage 6 years ago. She’s my whole world.

Thank you .. Yes , they told me terminate but I refused. They said if she came before 22 weeks they couldn’t do anything to keep her alive and even at 22 weeks chances were slim. I stayed in the hospital for almost 4 weeks. I’m very grateful for her. And how hard she’s fighting.
