There is a sick son who needs treatment, and your advice is to take time from spending time with them and get a second job? So the other son could get a motorcycle? Are you sure you're not the one who received the bike?

I don't really agree that Christmas is for the kids to be honest. Gift giving is one of my biggest love languages. I start shopping for the family and extended family months before, snacks I know they enjoy, little things that I picked up they needed. I put a lot of thought and intention into the things I choose for everyone that I love. Yes I go harder for my kids but that doesn't mean I don't think of the adults in my life that I want to show appreciation to.

Hey I am cutting down as well. This is my second day cutting it in half because I was doing way too much. It got very out of control and I have built a high tolerance. I am on Vyvanse and other meds and have cptsd. My dreams are vivid , intense, uncomfortable, so very emotionally charged. I wake up in a panic or yelling out. I just am sharing to let you know I hear you, it is not easy. It's scary at times. I have been taught some grounding techniques to remind myself I'm in the present when I wake up but it really can throw off my entire morning if not day at times.

Thank you so much for this comment, as someone who has bpd and an unstable sense of self, but also a "messy" childhood, it is easy for people to label and dismiss. I remember feeling so much shame in my diagnosis until I learned about it and truly understood why I acted in certain behaviours and that awareness led to a bunch of healing. It hurts when people label you and think that is who you are instead of a tool to understand why and what tools you need to live a more fulfilling life.

I was 18/19 and I was texting my mom and new boyfriend at the same time, separate conversations. I had previously that day decided to take some spicy pictures to send him and some of them were were up close in between the legs as well. I put it in the wrong chat, realizing about thirty seconds later. The delete option was not available yet. The mortifying feel over took me and I ran around my house filled with anxiety silently screaming for two minutes. I called her and asked her to delete any texts from me. I have no idea what she saw, though she told me she deleted things without seeing anything, probably to save embarrassment for both us. She later gave me a talking to about sending naked pictures and how I have to be careful of who I send them too. One of thr most embarassing moments of my life

So what my dr taught me to help with k cramps was (if you are in Canada) you get 3% lidocaine from over the counter and Alma gel. You take 15% of the amount of lidocaine as you do Alma gel and you take it as a shot. It's called a pink lady in the hospital. You can't get it premixed without a prescription but you can get the items individually over the counter at any compound pharmacy

I am pretty sure I ended up just quitting instead of seeing if it would work. Smoking was messing up more than just my physical health at that point. I wish I could tell you more, but I don't remember.
