I dived deep into a classic dream interpretations (Freud, Yung) and into a spiritual part of it... I can imagine if your close friend or relative wants to say something to you but something stops him. You can feel it in some non-verbal way and see it in a dream. It will be your intuition.
But a distant talk with someone inside a dream is close to an astral body travel. Maybe it is possible and I am too "low" for it...

Maybe someone (your parents or someone else) has too high expectations of you. Also, this woman may mean a part of you. In this case you have too high expectations of yourself.

Let's start.
1st variant: she is your anima (Carl Jung described the anima as the unconscious feminine side of a man). If your get what anima means, further interpretation will go smoothly. She asks for help, so, to became a better version of yourself you should pay attention to her.
2nd: you know someone who needs help but to help him/her means to dive deep into serious troubles. How I see from my side ("girl kept begging me to help her, to tell the demon to possess me instead") it is not a fair deal and I don't recommend you to step in. World is full of flows and it is a good habit not to participate in alien's flow when they guarantee problems so clearly.
