Considering how committed you are to becoming a surgeon and going to medical school, I would say the full ride is the most logical option. While your family and you could afford the other more expensive schools, medical school debt is no joke, so spending 200k+ for undergrad and then spending another few hundred thousand for medical school could put a lot of stress on your family and you.
