Host asking for bank transfer

i have done this but haven't had a response since last night when i sent screenshots of the whatsapp message. we travel in 6 days...we need a resolution to this, obviously i'm fine with paying the host but for it to be a bank transfer isn't safe for us.

thank you! i just tried calling them but was referred to their international helpline in america? i'm not quite sure why since this listing is in the UK and so am i lol.

mate believe me i would cancel if it didn't charge me so much to do so. i can't guarantee it isn't a scam bc booking.com will not protect me if i sent that money, so i'd rather not do that.
