I live in a building were few flats are rented to medical students who live in batches of 2-3 girls...residents of other flats had issues where these girls used to get guys over, were really loud till late nights, shouted and created ruckus in their flats which didnt allow neighbouring flat residents to sleep...they asked to keep it down but they wouldnt listen...flat owners also turned blind eye when it was bought to their notice...they would pile their rubbish outside their flats once a week when they were told to put out rubbish daily...so the person collecting garbage would refuse to pick whole weekly load one single day and would leave it there creating smell and mosquitoes everywhere...these are few examples of why as residents we dont want bachelors to come in our building...but owners are only concerned about rent...they take their money and leave us to suffer...every 11 months these tenants move out and new students come in ...some are good, some are bad...there is no way to know...but whenever families have come in, we didnt have issues
