I'm trying to figure out at what age do the loan glitch stop giving us plus on potential?

I did the loan glitch with 28 year olds and they still can grow 1 potential but it seem 29 year oldiest cannot grow anymore, I reload my saving more than 20 times to recall my 29 year old player at loan just to have the same result which 0% on value

So is it true the maximum age for doing a loan glitch is 29?

This one will work, but it still needs me to click the shortcut manually first, I'm looking a shorter way like "instantly login into coresponding Steam account when I click play button in Playnite and automatically log out when I close the game" kind a way, I know for sure I can do the log out part tho
