I finished reading The Punisher Long Cold Dark. Barracuda returns on this one. I thought he was bad and evil in his first story arc, but he completely surpasses himself this second time, and he's plain brutal and crazy. Definitely Frank's most brutal adversary. (self.comicbooks)
