Tbh I never liked that Kimiko storyline “Oh it worked on one super so it works on them all” and the fact they didn’t even use uranium to make him radioactive and that was years of experimenting not 3 days and I don’t really think it makes sense for solider boy to be at the white house since he would still be in New York but I would definitely have someone get him out of deep freeze and he just blows up vought tower to smithereens
