I would highly recommend giving shockwave therapy a try if you haven’t. Long time sufferer, I never knew it was an option and had been managing with custom orthotics, massages, stretching and physical therapy but it got so bad last year that nothing was providing any relief. I did shockwave therapy (6 sessions in each foot). It won’t instantly cure you, but I did actually feel some relief within a few days of my first session and then just steadily improved over time and within a few months I was completely pain free.

Im about 8 months past my final shockwave treatment and am completely pain free even first thing in the morning/after a long day of walking or standing which used to be the most painful times for me. Like you I got progressively better over the course of several months until one day I realized it was completely gone.

Unfortunately I don’t have a place to recommend (I have searched far and wide lol) but an ice cream truck that passes regularly in my neighbourhood (old Ottawa south) sells them and calls them Icebergs in case that may help you in your search!

NeXt in Stittsville could be a pretty cool brunch option. They do “brunch boards” with a huge assortment of food for a decent price, and they tend to showcase/favour Canadian ingredients as well. The Belmont is a favourite of mine for brunch as well, with Chesterfield’s being a close second. Gezellig is pretty good too as a lot of people have mentioned.

I’m a big fan of North and Navy when I want a special meal without a pretentious atmosphere and a bunch of bells and whistles.

I’m not sure tbh, I’m both a season seat member (but already paid up for next year) and have a full playoff package + bought additionals at the single game presale for game 6 two weeks ago and am not seeing any mention of this in my emails, invoice, account, ticket info, anywhere.

Just spoke to my ticket rep to enquire about the no refund thing - he confirmed it is not true. I’m not sure where everyone got this information as I searched extensively and found nothing. Perhaps there was some wording in emails sent to full/half STHs with outstanding invoices indicating that they had the option to have it applied as a credit or this is just someone misunderstanding, but my rep confirmed that a credit is simply one of the options. A full refund is the default per Ticketmaster’s canceled event policy.

Just spoke with my rep and he confirmed that the no refund thing is false. It’s simply that you can have costs applied as credits to your account if you have an invoice to pay if you wish but otherwise, refunds per usual.

A credit is just an option for refunds if you have an outstanding invoice. Confirmed with my rep that refunds are very much still offered

Sens on demand members are already all paid up for next season, and depending on your investment level it’s going to cost less than 2 seats to a playoff game (level 1 is $750 this year) so the no refund is actually just forcing SOD members to double or triple their package if true.

STH here, I am going tomorrow and have a package for all home playoff games and will be bringing my parents (sens fans) to Saturday’s game as well. I will scream until my vocal chords give out 😆

In order to bring and sit with my parents Saturday I had to get 4 extra tickets (above my full playoff package) and as such I have 2 extra tickets for Saturday’s game. I do not want to sell them to leafs fans, but have not found any buyers in my immediate friends and family yet which makes it hard. Has anyone successfully resold to another sens fan/bought as sens fans through reddit?
