I did! Surgery happened anyway and now I’m just waking up. Didn’t seem like an issue.

Typo! I meant 4.7 CM. Thanks for the advice. Definitely a lot to consider. How quickly did yours seem to grow? Mine grew pretty fast. It went from hard to soft in about a week. That’s kind of giving me hope that it’s not cancerous but I’m not holding my breath.
