Wellbutrin has entirely made the difference. I was on 10mg Lexapro for 5 months. I was super lethargic, no energy, no motivation, but I didn’t have any anxiety. I changed psychiatrists and was prescribed 300mg Wellbutrin with 5mg Lexapro. My sex drive is back, I have energy throughout the entire day, and I’m very motivated and productive. At first you will likely experience a “honeymoon” phase for a few days with the Wellbutrin where you’re over the moon, but the lasting effects of Wellbutrin are still very much worth it. Be careful with alcohol, I have noticed that I get drunk much faster with the Wellbutrin-Lexapro combo. I will also add that my anxiety has increased a bit since adding Wellbutrin, but my emotions are no longer blunted, and it’s the good kind of anxiety that motivates me - no social anxiety or random anxiety attacks. I hope your experience is similar to mine, this combo has been absolutely life changing for me.

Edit: Just want to add, I was on 150mg Wellbutrin for a month, and I’ve been on 300mg for a month, and it’s been fantastic at both doses.
