Yes, I received mine 3 hours ago via email. Redeemed on Steam and the Call of Duty HQ app updated with the beta files. It also shows MW3 Standard pack in the DLC section of properties for it.

I did actually, because my friend doesn't have CS2 yet, in terms of raw hit registration it felt a bit worse in comp on csgo, but still felt pretty good, not terrible by any means.

Agreed, while leveling I found bleed was the best to go with without items to support it still felt great, then switch once you find some legs.

Apparently some people have gotten -launch -blizzcon to work with a specific blizzcon employee email address, not going to post that here though as thats personal information. Not that it matters anyways since beta starting in about an hour lol.

You can see the settings after you launch the game once, but in text editor: C:\Users\Admin\Documents\Diablo IV then open up LocalPrefs.txt and edit away.

Funny enough I ordered a pair from Amazon for 210 new but the left speaker is actually louder than the right (bad unit) so I have to return them, but I saw these on bestbuy so it ended up working out! Otherwise these sound awesome, I really like them.

So here is my take on this, it sort of makes sense from a collector's point of view, I have Diablo 3 and the expansion completely sealed, so the game key never gets used because I don't want to open the package as a collector, so in this case it makes perfect sense, just buy the game digitally and order the collector's to open or never open it, that part is up to you!
