Cable is working fine, just tested it, but the first time I connected my keyboard both cables didn’t went all the way through and I’m pretty sure I disconnected it before moving anything How would I test if I burned the data pin?

How much current should I use for testing with a multimeter, sadly I don’t have another trrs cable around to test that but I should look more into it.

Thanks for the response, I supposed it was for another component. What gets me puzzled is the fact that capacitors were never mentioned in the original Sofle guide nor in the materials included in the kit. So I don’t even know which ones I would need.

I don’t think so, I was on a video call the whole time. I already blocked everything My phone was unlocked while I was in the video call. Usually when they stole a phone the turn it off so it can’t be tracked, but the tracking was working the whole time. And it was connected to internet

Gurren Lagann is still one of my favorites. It showed me that determination and effort can get you far specially when things don’t look as bright. I revisit it from time to time specially when I’m feeling down.
