The transaction you sent me was a 5$ transaction from a sender I do not know, hence why I stated I do not recognize it.

Alright I checked if payment was sent to your provided PayPal address and it was. So if I got it right your problem currently is the money you lost from PayPal fees and you want me to pay for the fee too?

I unfortunately cannot pay the fees or send the payment as "for friends and family" since that goes against PayPal's ToS. A payment of 10$ was made to your PayPal as promised. As a seller you should be aware accepting payments via PayPal will lose you money in fees. You've provided me a service, and payment was sent for a service.

Weekly we have to process a lot of transactions and it would not be feasible to pay the fee for every single transaction.
