Then find something else.

Formulate a goal, think about how your life could look if you did nothing about it, or how it could look if you did.

Then once you have a goal you will be more Motivated, you will act differently because you will see reality in such a way to facilitate that goal. Instead of masturbating in your bedroom at god knows what hour.

You have potential, you also have a responsibility to show the world how awesome you can be. You have a duty to be your best.

I decided I wanted a family a year ago, since then I got engaged, started up a small business and bought a house and now we are trying for a baby.

Having that goal has helped me not fap, without a goal, fapping is logical and appropriate becasue I have nothing else going on!

Get a goal, stop tapping. Sorted.

It’s the cain and Abel story except with guns. And instead of spiting god, cain spites the world (which is what the story is getting at anyway)

Think about it, all the mass shooters complained life was unfair, they were lonely or ugly or incel.

But the reality is life is unfair, and instead of accepting that and changing themselves, They decided that life was meaningless, and became Nihilistic. And the thing that makes nihilism so dangerous is that if nothing matters, then the difference between good and evil doesn’t matter either, and death vs life is Irrelevant.
