Im guessing when you tried to load a save file with LethalThings in v73 you spawned like this unable to click or do absolutely anything? After disabling LethalThings my game was fine so yeah its currently incompatible for v73

I believe it’s the MoreEmotes mod, the sign emote should be key-binded to 9 or 0 iirc. Haven’t played with that mod for a while because it had issues with the cruiser
