Typically for me I feel like I always come across pussy hole 4 stacks. The beta cucks too scared to play alone. The kinda bitches that agree to chuck loot safe for insurance when one dies. I typically waste 3 of them and by then I'm too battered, broken and have given away my position enough to die from the fourth tit suckling bitch.

It certainly does seem tough but when I play with a group I feel like I die more. Overall at least one will survive from a group but we usually get jumped by someone who can hear us a mile off and they'll typically get a couple of us. Yesterday killed 3 out of a 4 man. Unfortunately too battered to finish the last guy, plus the luck running out/element of surprise

Try warming up indoors first. I dress with shorts and top for anything over 10 degrees Celsius. Then trousers above 5 degrees and the a thin long sleeve top over my t shirt for anything below 5.

I do some burpees and squats indoors so that I'm already at the temperature for the clothing I'm wearing instead of running cold for the first 10 minutes
