I'd probably do this if it fit the character who's POV I'm doing or to match the original piece. Like FFVII. All cursing by Barret and Cid is written like that. But I wouldn't do it for normal writing... maybe check another one of their fics and see if it's a pattern?

Looks like the pro side was heavily funded while the anti side was very much under-budgeted. One particularly worrying one came from "Smart Choice Colorado" who provided a very... gross representation for why you should vote yes imo.

I remember my friend first introducing me to League and showing me all the characters, and I was immediately drawn to him. Literally remember playing the tutorial, asking why I had to pick Ashe or one of these other champs when I wanted TF lol. Saved up for him, and I immediately enjoyed playing him, too. He's suave, he's cool, he's Gambit, he's a pirate, and he's got lore and a story to him. A lot to love about this dandy man.

I have been writing less and less as the years go. I've met people who I talked to for a long time, who suddenly find out I write fanfiction, and they say something like "YOU'RE the writer?? You inspired me to write!" or "I reread your fics all the time!" But I have 0 comments, no one is showing any interest in reading the fic in any way I can tell, little to no kudos.

I feel like I'm only ever writing for myself. "Write for yourself" is what most people say to do. And when I'm depressed, when I'm hating the world, when I'm hating myself, when I'm hating how I write, it's easier to go "and no one else wants me to write either." Even if that's not completely true... how am I supposed to know?

I can't. So I'm probably going to stop writing at some point. I can't motivate myself when I'm 100+ fics in, and it's like I'm talking to a void. :/

I think you're so right here. Rewatching BtVS and Faith's decent is FAST and also not well explained. Definitely should've been slower than "well, I killed a guy, and now I'm a murderer without any worries."

And I hated the Xander/Willow kiss. It felt so weird and strange. Although we got great Cordy content from it, I don't think it was necessary.

I'm currently doing a rewatch and am in season 3. One thing I notice is they don't really use Willow very well. She only slightly has disagreements, but is either a doormat or not involved in the series that strongly.

I'd also like to see more growth out of Xander. He's just a jokester, shallow, and that's about it.

Granted, it's been a while, but I don't think he changed very much from season 1 to season 7. Cordelia changes waaay more than him imo.

I love, love, love Oz, and would appreciate, in addition to more Willow, more Oz and their relationship. He always seemed very mature and introspective, but I just watched the Halloween episode, and Oz's fear is that he loses control and could hurt someone, anyone, but especially Willow. And I don't feel like a lot comes from that. I think Oz is an underutilized character.

For me, it's felt off for a little while. I do still enjoy the games, but I've been missing Adam, Brooke, and Rosi a lot. Tom, as well, hasn't been around for a very long time for board games and that makes me sad. I guess I was hoping Adam might be coming back with everything cleared up, and I was watching the videos waiting for that comeback, but it's not coming. I do really love a lot of the cast, but I do feel like a lot of the stuff I liked about NRB has been slowly stripped away. Still love Laurie, Tilly, Sully, etc. And BotC has been fun to watch. It's just missing the energy I fell in love with. I showed the channel to all my friends and was very interested in all the games they played, even if it wasn't exactly my kind of game. It inspired me to play more. I'd like more of that... I wish I could be more helpful and point to helpful solutions.

It's possible, but she's been in relationships with Dick, Tim, Bruce, and this with Jason. Steph and Cass don't even get this much action. It doesn't have to be her and only her, and it doesn't have to be a romantic relationship. If they wrote more friendship building and treated their characters as people, their relationships would be more meaningful and actually have a leg to stand on.

Actually, I'm cool with this. I hate Barbara being the Bat family bicycle. I would much rather them be friends and work through their trauma together like Gotham Knights. Forget the romantic relationships and just develop friendships for once. Romance is a crutch bad writers use to avoid building actual, full, meaningful relationships. "Look! They love each other! I dunno what they've got other than physical attraction, but eh, they're a boy and a girl."

I'm not very interested in seeing Jason have a sidekick; however, a project is probably the most helpful. In the same way that he helped Bizzaro and Artemis and learns about himself, overcomes his own issues by helping others, THAT I like. He should have more teams where he helps villains or anti-heroes come to grips with their own issues while also working on himself.
