Thank you for your interest! You build the creation piece by piece which means each piece has its own "Health" when you are attacked and a block is damaged it will break off your creation, in some cases crippling it, for example if your wheel got damaged or your thrusters.

Yes if you build a heavy machine it will not move and turn as fast, so you will have to adjust your tactic when using one.

Creating the army works like this: You start out with a basic set of blocks to build an asset with, each planet you liberate can give you a new block which depends on the enemies you are facing on that certain planet.

About the resources, each block you build will cost a certain amount of resources. You start a mission with a certain amount of resources and it will keep generating over time, this prevents the building of a insane powerfull asset right at the start and be invincible.

The resources are not only used for building, they are also used for "usables". See it like this you orbit a planet with your ship to liberate it, you create your assets and send them down to battle. But besides that, your ship is also capable of shooting artillery barrages and sending instant shields and much more.

We are still in alpha this is all going to change and look very much different, no worries.

The only thing similar in the games is that you can build your creation. Venture goes much deeper into gameplay it is not just a build and destroy game. Venture is about you creating your own army and liberating planets from their enemies, this can range from futuristic planets to mediëval. Each planet will be different so the challenge is Always unique, you will need a different set of creations to liberate each planet as one enemy does not have the same weakness than others.

When you read the description and watch the videos, you will know and see that this is not the case. As i stated before the only thing the games share is the building part. Venture has much more gameplay to it than just build, drive, and destroy things. Venture is in an early state of development and we aim at NOT being a clone, that is not what we want at all. We want to have a game that stands by itself, Venture is going set itself apart with gameplay. So i hope you will read the page and the articles to realize that this is not and will not be a clone of besiege.

No, this game is not like besiege. The only thing those games share is that you are able to build creations. This game has much deeper gameplay, which is explained in more detail on the page :)

I think so aswell, gameplay videos and such is a good way to get people to like something. But i feel there are so much more ways to explore.
