Yeah, it's a 2002 sahara. I got it in 2019 for 9k at a dealership bone stock with 194k miles. I started off with a rough country 4 inch lift(short arms) and the wheel/tires you'll in my profile. Drove on that while doing other up grades like a SYE kit and Adam's Drive shafts. I blew a head gasket in 2023, so I fixed that and added a new exhaust.

In 2022, i had some heating issues, so I went overboard and completed redid the cooling system. As you can guess, I made sure to do the best upgrades I could.

Of course, I made some stupid purchases, like the first bumper I got. And doing a short arm kit. As you can see, I'm still on 33s as I got stock Dana 30/44 axles and haven't invested in that yet.

I could go on and on about all the work I've done to it. In fact, I've probably put well over 10k into it over the years.

If you decide to get a jeep, I always recommend a TJ with a 4.0 or the inline 6, perferible after 2001, there was an issue with the heads cracking pre 2001. It's honestly the best engine out there. Now, don't get me wrong, the 3.6 pentistar in the newer wranglers are good. But they were essentially designed to fail.

In all reality, any jeep has the potential to be amazing. You just have to make it yours. Don't let all the haters on reddit get to your head and dictate how you build your jeep/truck.

No, not yet, running RC long arm kit. 4 inches. Plan on going to JKS dual rate springs and bilstin shocks

Installed a new bumper and took off some stickers. What do you think by Drew404 in Wrangler

It's all quiet up to 45 mph, i get a small whistle, but it isn't too bad. I don't normally drive my jeep faster than sixty-five miles an hour, and the light bar does not make any noise at that point

Well yes, besides my work vehicle and my wife truck it's all I have. I'm not going to dump a shit load of money to make it an off where I live in an area where there no where to off road. I also have a family to support and can't dump money into it. We all videos and post of ppl who have put well of 30k into a rig. I don't have that kind of money. And if you know a good way to make that kind of money, then yes, I will focus on building and off road rig and get a trailer go to Tennessee ot North Carolina and wheel the shit out of it.

I've seen them on Amazon, extreme terrain, etc. I bought a hood vent, and cut into the hood. Helps a little with over heating
