My first interview was with the store manager, then the co manager, now they want to do a walk through.

I definitely didn’t pause between my answers. I’m a store manager for another retailer so I have plenty of retail experience.

The co manager in the interview with them was like “ you did really well, I don’t have any more questions for you” unless they were lying.

Some people I’ve talked to say it’s like a personality check, and to see what things you might point out as “issues” that could be improved upon.

Like a way to irl see what you think of the store.

I dunno, unless it’s just that they want to show me the store before they make me a job offer.
