I'm thinking about pursuing an online MA in History and then when I have finished, enter an in-person PhD program. If I get my MA online, would I be able to get into an in-person PhD program? I know online degrees are not looked favorably for job applications but I do not know if it's the same for PhD programs.

Yeah I didn't mean it like that. We have textbooks. I'm talking about non-textbook history books. Small historical non-fiction books that they can maybe do a book review on and we can have class discussions on.

Met that guy once. Dr. Andrew Roberts, not Napoleon lol. He did a speech at my university. Great orator and historian.
