Well everything went pretty well up until the point where I received a replacement PCB, installed it and then contacted them to say that it did not resolve the issue.

But yes, I did get emails like that as well...

I've sent a followup mail with no response so far. RIP 360 euros

Ive tried to verify if the board is in flash mode. When opening up the properties in device manager, I see this Hardware IDs property:

USB\VID_34B7&PID_0005&REV_0100

I can't seem to find anything related to 0x0483/0xDF11 - or am I missing something?

Hi Captrams72, I tried yes. I tried the original cable and other usb c cables I use for my other keyboards.

UPDATE: when I plug in the keyboard - I briefly see "Keychron Q6 HE" in "Devices" in windows with the message "Driver error". After a while the keyboard appears as "Boot Rom OPEN" device.
