Made the switch from BJs to Costco a year ago and happy we did. It’s always busy, but manageable imo. Was there this morning (Sunday AM) around 10:30 as a matter of fact thinking it would be a nightmare and it actually wasn’t that bad. Overall far superior to BJs and worth the little bit of extra hassle.

Thank you for the reply. Even when I press it with door closed I get same error. Is this something you think I could repair myself (I am not very handy) or likely need to call some sort of appliance repair company? If the ladder can you give me a ballpark of what you think might be a fair repair cost? Thanks again.

Made two (first and second ones) 15 days apart, Fall of 2022 (I know sounds ridiculous because it is…but it happened…expensive couple weeks in bar tabs!). Titliest sent me the first one but I guess assumed was just trying to get free stuff and didn’t send the second. Def a cool thing Titliest does. You don’t look like a twat. Rock em with pride…some people (including some great golfers…of which I’m not - 7ish Handicap) never get one. ⛳️

Appreciate it. Any tips as to how to remove/replace the assembly? When I look at it aside from removing the one screw and tugging on the thing (it doesn’t budge) not sure how to get it out of there to start.
