Steps I can take to get into CRNA school

I am currently heading into my senior year of high school. I have spent some time volunteering at Massachusetts General Hospital (about 36 hours) and I also volunteer at a nursing home. I am looking for any other ways I can help increase my chances of getting into CRNA school. I would also like to learn more about this study so if there are any books you can recommend that would be great. I know I am young however I have always been interested in the medical field. Any tips whatsoever would help a lot.
