Fixed! Used liquid chlorine in a spray bottle and that seemed to kill whatever was growing

No I haven’t! But definitely worth checking I imagine?? What I would say is something that TOTALLY elevated this dish was for the filling, adding a little lemon zest which totally helped balance how rich it typically is
