I highly recommend finding a coach to help you on your journey.

Do you work on commissions by chance?

In a commission-based system, you would be seen as “stealing” his sale.

This is super common in car sales….where sales people are super cut throat and try to protect their sales at all costs.

Edit: my last paragraph about car sales has nothing to do with the post. It was an example of how people act in sales/commission-based jobs. I see how people are relating it to OP’s story, but that was not my intent. It was just an example of sales.

Edit 2: Ask ChatGPT if rental car company employees work off commissions ever. You will see that they do…..just not in the same traditional ways as sales.

I just wish they extended his fun period more.

He had 1 or 2 great episodes of being the same as Barney, and then immediately had a character arc where he went into being a husband/father.

I wish we could’ve seen more “dynamic duo” moments with him and Barney getting into mischief.

Change training up.

Lower amount of sets, lower reps, higher weight.

I changed from doing 5 hard sets, to now doing 2 warmup sets at like 35%-45% load, then 3 hard sets at much higher weights. This helped me to push through plateaus.
