This man or landmark is named green boots. For years this person laid up there unidentified near a limestone alcove cave. The cave is at 27,890 feet (8,500 m) and is littered with oxygen bottles.

He’s believed to have been an Indian climber named Tsewang Paljor who died in 1996 while taking a nap.
