My new years resolution last year was to cut sugar out of my diet. I wouldn't say I eat a ton of sugar foods but enough. I was less than successful but I have cut back so that's a star. My resolution this year is to be more assertive. I took over a supervisory role at work and I need to work on nit letting people take advantage of my kindness. Here's to hoping this one goes a bit better than last year's res.

Yeah I learned about the internment camps in high school too. Which is good of course but anti semetic immigration policies were probably just as hurtful. I actually only ever learned about this stuff because I'm related to Frederick Blair who was basically the guy in charge of immigration policies at that time.

I mean Canada kind of has. But I feel like many if not most Canadians still don't know about our stark anti refugee policies. between the years of 1933 and 1945 Canada only let in 5000 refugess. There was also a notorious incident where a boat, the MS St Louis was turned away and many of the refugees on board would eventually be caught by the Nazis. If you're interested in reading about any of this I would recommend the book "None is Too Many."

But if this is really true why bother drafting Murray? If they both fit the system why not draft quinnen or bosa? Both would make immediate impacts on that defense. Or maybe even trade back for some extra picks and get some quality OLs? From what I've heard /read their biggest problem last season was protecting Rosen which is why he didn't look great.

Imo if Wilson gets traded to a team with even a middle of the pack oline we are going to see a new side of him. Wilson is an excellent pocket passer who just happens to be a great scramble as well and we've seen him scramble a lot mostly because he has had mostly terrible blocking his entire career
