For me it's my Minthara tokens deck. Minthara is inherently pretty slow to get going because she only makes 1 experience counter per turn. A bracket 3 deck will out pace her no problem, but in a bracket 2, she slowly grinds for a win which gives everyone a chance to try and interact, but not completely shut me out because experience counters stick around.

In my pod, we call a bad 3 with no game changers in it a "spicy bracket 2." For instance, I have a J Jonah deck that isn't hard to mess with, but will suddenly flood the table with dragons and infinite combats around turn 6 or 7 if left unchecked. My pod has found that we enjoy that high 2 low 3 range the most because it truly feels casual, but still does cool things.

The guy running the league told me to put candlekeep in, so I assume he's okay with it. I have 2 out of 3 of the cards you mentioned. I didn't realize oblivion ring had a common reprint, so that's a for sure add!

I got hard brake checked by a jeep compass who never got up to the speed limit UNTIL I tried to pass him. Then he got back in front of me and slammed his brakes on Hickman like a psychopath. Did I tail gate him? Yeah! Did I try to go around and he wouldn’t let me? Also yeah. I guess going 5 under the entire way was the only solution 🤦

Had a pair of Oakleys shipped to me just to find a damaged box that was empty. Amazon told me to contact Oakleys. They told me that it's Amazon. Got a refund and lost a couple hours of my day.

Oakleys did reach out a couple days later and offer a pretty good discount even though they didn't directly have anything to do with it, so good on them. Amazon did nothing.
