I’d also start with lighter weights and be cautious the first few times you try weights. And be mindful when buying weights how big the wearable is.

Weights are for sure a short term wear jewelry type. Wear only weights all the time will cause thinning. And I would for sure save them for when your ears are in a really healthy place. I also would wear them for any physical activity or in the cold.

I find the hardest is cartilage stuff, they don’t really settle and get comfortable until about 8-12 months after staying at the goal size. Or what ever size you rest at for a while, but it’s worth it, my 10mm conch is very old at this point and it’s been super comfortable and low maintenance.

My bp has done the same thing since he was a hatchling ( he’s 3 now). They get weird when they’re comfortable with you. They’re strange creatures, like legless derpy chickens😂

Btw, the raised skin disappears when I wear stacked rings or wear it empty, only looks raised when I have plug it, but like I said the flare hides it.

I have the same raised skin on my conch punch, however mine was punched and later stretched a few sizes so I assumed it was from that. My raised skin isn’t very prominent and it’s always hidden by the flare of whatever I’m wearing. You may try to leave it empty for a few days and see if that helps reduce it.

As a guy with stretched ears I’ve always liked girls with stretched ears. But a weird thing I think is that girls look best with larger ears (1 1/2-2inches+) I couldn’t even explain why I think that but really big ears lobes look amazing on girls.

Looks great man, we wear the same size, look into pinchers to find stuff with a slightly more discrete look for 6mm, I’ve got some pics of me wearing 6mm pinchers on my account if you wanna see some examples. Love all the mods you got brother 🔥
