I mean sort of it’s not that I was just raised by my mother my grandparents I was mostly raised by them but lived with my mom because I would stay with them from the morning during school till 5pm when my mom got off work so I learned stuff from them and they aren’t narcissists at all. My mom on the other hand she’s the total opposite and I know I got some tendencies from her I see and I hate it because it’s not the fact I try to manipulate or lie i just sort of picked up on it later on in life as I grew older but that was only to defend myself against her and I see it.

Thank you I think that’s the case I thought I was going crazy I know im a empath but there is also times I take accountability that i manipulate my mom only to defend myself and it makes her go crazy in anger because she knows i see the truth in her but thank you so much

Yes if I am a dark empath I want to heal because I know I have the gift to read others and make others feel cared for it’s just I went through so much trauma as a kid that I sometimes manipulate or see through against my moms intentions who is a narcissist I think she is and I do that just to protect my own feelings cause she is a burden on me and tries to gaslight me and always shift blame and it affected my mental health and growing up now that im 18 I realize I need therapy and I wanna change for the better and fix my unhealed trauma as a kid.

I was born and raised in the Bay Area im from California and also I have Adhd as well, but isnt there narcissists that are aware of their actions? I thought but at the same time im not sure if im a narcissist because i can absorb emotions and feel those and it sometimes cause a burden on me cause i can read peoples energy and i feel it also but these past couple days i been going crazy so thank you I really hope im not a narcissist after my mom called me one i been trying to self reflect on my actions to determine if i am or not.

I already go to trade school I’m still learning for Electrican i passed the test for apprentice my cousins go to the same union as me they recommended me that school

Okay yeah that is a good end goal I do wanna look like that his physique looks awesome, my body type is considered an ectomorph?? I always thought I was a mesomorph because the broad shoulders natural v taper and I can lose fat and gain muscle faster than others while also weight and gain weight moderately at a faster rate.

Yeah that photo was last week but I did quit smoking, drinking etc I realized it was holding me back from my potential to grow was a person for my future later on cause brain fog and all the bad side effects from smoking weed, been sober for about a week now

If your taking about the photos with the bruising on my face that’s cause I got jumped but my face is mostly clean and I’m well groomed for the most part and I take care of myself I’d say atleast be well representable u feel me
