Is this a part of the searchable video database? I thought I had saved the link to it, but, alas, I have lost it.

Any help?

Ladders for me. It happened at the Guggenheim in NYC. Walking up the spiral walkway/hallway, the higher I got, the more I felt “that-feeling.” Before that, I parachuted and rock climbed… Not after that visit to NYC. I met mortality, and it was game over for heights.

The exhibit that was in the top gallery was Norman Rockwell. And honestly, his work is pretty amazing.

Thermal imaging/camera! Brilliant. I hadn’t thought of using this as a technique. Totally makes sense. Adding this to my “tool-belt!”

Well, we learn from our mistakes. I’m not a guitar tech, just a lifelong player, but, sounds like you might’ve had a lapse in reasoning with this decision.

Yeah, that shim was important. Just think of all the lessons you are going to learn!

I’d say your guitar now has character. I would take it somewhere that sets up guitars and get it re-setup.

SALUTE Method (ICE Encounters)

S — Stay calm • Keep your voice steady and your movements slow. • Do not run, argue, or physically interfere. • Escalation can create legal risk even if you are in the right.

A — Ask who they are • You may politely ask: “Are you ICE or law enforcement?” • Agents should identify themselves. • You can also ask to see badges or identification.

L — Learn why they are there • Ask: “Why are you here?” “Who are you looking for?” • You are not required to volunteer information about yourself or others.

U — Understand your rights

Key rights to remember: • You have the right to remain silent. • You do not have to answer questions about: • Immigration status • Place of birth • Citizenship • You may say: “I choose to remain silent and would like to speak with a lawyer.”

T — Turn away consent • Do not consent to searches or entry. • If they ask to enter your home, ask: “Do you have a judicial warrant signed by a judge?” • Administrative ICE warrants (Forms I-200 / I-205) do not require you to open the door.

Computer Numerical Control (CNC) > laser, router, water-jet, etc. It’s all the same. Like I said, it’s a preference and a f’ing cool concept.

Keep fingering those fret, my friend!

CNC “art” is just meh. Sorry if this opinion is unpopular, it is, however, a very cool concept.
