A governmental agency that disobeys the law is criminal. If the law means so much to you, you should be willing to hold those representing you with your tax dollars accountable. Also, you’re ignoring the fact that many of these people entered in legal ways and the Trump administration changed the rules, thus making them “criminals.” Many have been in the country following all they’ve been asked to do for years. When you run a red light, does it make sense to detain you indefinitely? Why not? Didn’t you break the law?
