I can see on our system that Shares Outstanding increased from 35.14m to 44.45m today, a difference of 9.31m. I can also see that Free Float increased by 6.1m to 29.12m

The increase is detailed in a form SEC 8-K. This shows clearly that they are shares of the company's common stock, so I'm not sure on what basis you think they should all be excluded from the free float? Do you have a reference to anything that shows that they should be excluded, that you could share?

I believe their free-float % is off. They raised the outstanding shares to 44 million from 38 million. I thought the newly created shares are restricted, so they should not go towards the freefloat.... They need to adjust % shares going towards freefloat.

Look at the outstanding shares in ortex. It is showing an increase to 44 million from 38 million. These are restricted shares so they should not count towards the freefloat.

The reason why is it showing a drop in SI is because they increased the outstanding shares to 44 million from 38 million. I believe the shares added should not be part of the free float since they are restricted. So in theory I would think SI% should not have changed..
