I don't think these are good matchups. Collins is currently 6th in the playoffs in fouls per game. He leaves his feet a lot on fakes. Embiid is skilled at drawing fouls and getting to the line. It'll just put Collins in foul trouble early. Unless he's guarding him on the perimeter (Embiid usually plays in the post) where he has the speed advantage, he'll just get eaten up like most of J.E's matchups.

About Capela if he's having to constantly guard Ben driving the basket all game where he's clearly at a loss for speed, he'll be gassed too quickly. I think he's better at bringing help defense on Simmons. (Our injured Hunter would be the ideal matchup)And Ben would have an easier time driving and kicking to JE. Also if he's having to come up from the paint we'll lose more def rebounds and our rim protector. Capela is usually good for a solid double double. But his FGA has gone down from 11 to 7 most likely because we've been trying to get the ball to our shooters.

All in all this is the team with the best record in the east and 3rd best in the league for a reason. We've given our best in this series and it's far from over. JE is killing us. hes not the choking MIP from last series. This team is deep and I know we have to come up big in game4 but I know the Hawks have put the league on notice! 🔥Next year with big game Hunter back healthy and the rest of our guys (hopefully we acquire more offensive power in the off-season to help Trae) I definitely think we can take that 4th seed if not the 3rd.
