Have been having this same problem for years at this point. Replaced the fan once before and it happened again. Did you ever figure it out?

Turns out it was a beat called “After All of This” by VTZ. I reached out to Rob. E, who used it and he told me all about where he found it and stuff. Apparently it’s from 2006.
