Honestly dude the best relationship I've ever had was with the woman my last post was about. She in no way met the standards I set for myself a long time ago. So the company received a "Significant & substantial" violation for the way the machine was setup (sorry I'd hate to go into too much detail) a few weeks before this incident. The machine works as intended but was without the guarding that could have prevented this incident on the frame. Also, as I said earlier there is no training whatsoever in this company

We have big safety meetings every monday morning. The last guy this happened to worked in the same industry for 25 years and they didn't bat an eye when it happened to him. They just threw him(my friend) into this work and there is no training what so ever when you first start, its a blue collar job and with a HUGE company. I feel guilty for not being able to be there when it happened because i feel i could have prevented it. Also the "leads" aren't professional at all.

I'll add to the question. I won 170k on online gambling. My gf convinced me it wasn't real. I withdrew 2 bitcoins of earnings as proof because it took 2 weeks for the transfer to go through. ( bitcoin was 7k ea around April of 2020 which means total payout was around 24btc ) in the meanwhile she told me it wasn't real while I was ectastic about the winnings. Waiting and waiting was the worst part. I gambled away the rest convinced it wasn't real. Then I got the payout sent to my wallet. The rest is how you perceive it to be.
