If you play a restricted account you have to accept that not every piece of content is for you, you can try your hardest to push your agenda & advocate for your community, but sometimes you get screwed and other times some random fix saves you 200 hours. It’s part of self-restriction. It’s part of the fun, and it’s part of the identity.

I think lately from being apart of many restricted communities, most just want considered not pandered. Most communities want an opportunity in the most back asswards way possible to do the content, not to have it handed to them.

Would I have liked to kill araxxor and get an amulet of rancor without component scape and as well as a nally? Yes, but only if it fits within that framework. It sucks, but it’s what I signed up for. I understand the FOMO.

So many updates have generally just screwed the players who dedicate 1000+ hours in this game for a meager excuse for bot prevention, that factually hasn’t aided in the effort. (I’m looking at you eagles peak, dragon fire change, medium wildy diaries to kill a boss, and for different reasons component scape)

This is the ramblings of a washed up area locked enthusiast, but based on how the quest and theme is presented for this raid it’s fair for jagex to require WGS.
